Project description

The existing sealed road has deteriorated significantly, with rutting, cracking and potholes evident. Rehabilitation of the road surface is necessary. The roadway is a local collector road in an urban environment and carries significant traffic volumes for the area. Upgrading of the road will improve local amenity and safety of access for road users.

Reconstruct failed sections of the road and provide an asphalt overlay. Reconstruct failed kerb and channel and construct new kerb and channel and drainage. Provide delineated turn lanes, bicycle lanes and indented parking and construct associated footpath along the road. This project is being delivered in conjunction with Maroondah City Council.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,210,040
