Project description

The existing bitumen seal which is only 4m in width is approximately 20 years old and is starting to break up, causing pavement potholes, shoving of the outer wheel paths & edge break, reducing the pavement width to around 3m in some locations.

Correct any defects, pothole/shoves, maintenance grade the shoulders, import gravel to reshape the shoulders where necessary, then bitumen reseal to a width of 6m using 14mm aggregate.
