Chilimony Road - Rural Road, - 057938-15WA-RTR

Road seal is only 3.5 metres in width at these sections and is unsafe for passing of trucks and vehicles, road is a 27.5 metre road train route and school bus routeReconstruct section to a bitumen sealed width of 7 metres, apply one coat of bitumen using 14mm aggregate, and construct gravel shoulders on each side of bitumen to 1.2 metres wide aggregate. A second coat seal to be applied in 2017/18

Chilimony Road - Rural Road - 057939-15WA-RTR

The section of road was re-constructed in 2017/18 with a primer seal applied. To complete the bitumen seal a second coat bitumen seal is required. This is standard engineering practice to extend the life of the road surfaceApply second coat bitumen seal using 10mm aggregate

Aurville Road ( Rural Road) - 057940-15NSW-RTR

Sharp shoulder drop off from edge of seal for the length of the culvert structure. No safe recovery room on shoulder for traffic entering this zone.Raising the existing downstream head wall (Stage 1) to flush with road surface level allowing shoulder to be reconstructed with proper and safe shape.

Coppabella Road (Rural Road) - 057941-15NSW-RTR

Concrete running surface of culvert/causeway badly cracked becoming dangerous to cross when inundated with water. Risk of loosing the whole structure or a larger more costly job if left.Lay a new concrete surface to the culvert/causeway.

Byers Rd, Manton, - 057943-15NT-RTR

Current road is gravel to seal this road would address the problem of dust , potholes, corrugation and driver safety.Upgrade road from gravel to sealTotal cost of proposed project is $712,808

Westbourne Street, Brunswick - 057944-15VIC-RTR

The kerb and channel within Westbourne Street has become misaligned along significant portions of the street causing flooding and ingress of pavement. The road has a high crown causing access problem to properties. There is minimal and ineffective drainage at each end of Westbourne Street which increases the requirement on the kerb and channel alignment to be correct.It is proposed to reconstruct the kerb and channel and road pavement to allow water to drain as well as construct an underground drainage system within the street with side entry pits to collect water from the kerb and channel. Crossovers will also be remediated with affected nature strip and footpaths.

Current road is gravel, to seal this road would address problems of dust, potholes, corrugations and driver safety.Upgrade road from gravel to sealTotal cost of proposed project is $356,773
