Project description

Booborowie Rd is a high maintenance open surfaced road requiring major reconstruction being too narrow in sections and containing dangerous curves. It is the main north/south commodity route for the surrounding area due to the construction of bulk hay storage facilities and has experienced greater heavy vehicle usage during harvest periods.

Completion of drainage, earthworks, intersection redesign and construct to sub base level from Dip Rd to Braefoot Rd intersections, - realignment of the Braefoot Rd intersection, - Construction to base course level, - McMahon Rd to Hogans Quarry Rd intersections - source and crush PM 2/20 materal 12,000 tonnes, complete construction and applying of new seal, - installation of road furniture and line marking
