Project description

The road is consists of red loam formed sections; white rock sheeted sections; ridge gravel sheeted sections. The purpose of the project is to address the deteriorated state of the road. It has lost its cross fall and table drain shape. It is very rough to drive on and requires a reduction in speed for safety purposes.

The scope of works includes heavy formation grading of the red loam formed sections, white rock and ridge gravel sheeted sections; resheeting of some ridge gravel sections including redress of road longitudinal profile and cross fall and table drain shape.
