Project description

Thiele Road is classified and a Rural Collector and provides a link between the Rockleigh Hills are to the South Eastern Freeway via Schenscher Road and the Monarto Interchange. Sections of Thiele Road (20 and 30) have been previously seal as a dust control measure adjacent houses. Thiele Road has a AADT of 250 and has a high maintenance cost to Council due to the quality of pavement material(low plasticity) available in the area.

To rehabilitate and construct 1361m of new pavements along Thiele Road section 10 (436m) and section 30 (925m)to expand the sealed road network into the Rockleigh Hills area.
