Project description

The kerb and water table on both sides of Newenham Road are in poor condition due to environmental factors and their age. The road pavement is deformed resulting in poor ride ability. Newenham Road is 215 meters in length and is classified as a “Local” road with a vehicle traffic volume of 50 vehicles per day.

It is proposed to replace all of the kerbing on both sides of Newenham Road. The kerb replacement will be followed by the removal of the road seal and pavement. The road will be replaced with a 40mm Asphalt pavement followed with 30mm Asphalt seal.
