Project description

High Street and the intersection with Brown Hill Creek Road and Church Road have old worn surfaces which have been reported as slippery in wet conditions. High Street, including the intersection is 100 meters in length and is classified as a “Local” road with a vehicle traffic volume of 975 vehicles per day.

It is proposed to replace the road seal with a new 40mm Asphalt seal. A new asphalt surface will improve the skid resistance within the intersection and improve road safety
