Project description

The current road contains severe undulation, pavement failure and longitudinal cracking. Undulated kerb and gutters are creating water ponding issues on the road which are hazardous in the wet season.

The section of Blacks Road will include a full road reconstruction, excavation of existing kerb , gutter and road pavement and be reinstated with new materials and 100mm of new asphalt will be placed. Kerb alignment will be regraded to minimise water ponding and mitigate future environmental sub-surface movement.

Total cost of proposed project is $550,000
