Project description

The Unsealed current road at the start of Yulu St & Pormpuraaw St Intersection is made from Sand & Shellgrit. The road along Yulu St and to the end of Yulu St has 5 home driveways and access is difficult because of the Sand & Shellgrit surface.The upgrade will allow safe driveways into residence homes along Yulu St. Yulu St which intersects with Pormpuraaw St, Qld. 4871

Re-surface with Gravel & Roadbase materials, build up, reshape & level existing road including excavation & pave the length of Yulu St at the intersection with Pormpuraaw St and all the way back to the end of Yulu St with 400 mm concrete edge restraint,3.9m paved pavement with .4m concrete edge restraint, 350m long & 4.7m wide using R2R 2015-2016 allocation of $484,250.00

Grahams Valley Road (rural road) - 059654-15NSW-RTR

The existing sealed pavement is in poor condition, with a very rough and rutted road surface, and needing excessive road maintenance to meet service levels.Improving surface drainage, ripping the existing sealed surface, supplying, spreading and compacting a gravel base course on top of the existing pavement, and applying a two-coat bitumen seal.

Wellingrove Road (rural road) - 059655-15NSW-RTR

The existing sealed pavement is in poor condition, with a very rough road surface, and requiring excessive road patching to meet service levels.Ripping the existing surface; adding a thin gravel overlay; stabilisation of up to a 200mm pavement depth using either mechanical or chemical means; and bitumen sealing to 4.8 metres in width.

Goornong-Mayreef Road, Goornong - 059656-15VIC-RTR

Road pavement has failed due to age and increasing heavy vehicle traffic.Reconstruction of failed sections of road and resurfacing.Total cost of proposed project is $307,000

Glencoe Street - 059657-15NSW-RTR

The existing unsealed street is subject to variable surface conditions, with recurring drainage problems and dust problems for nearby residents.Supply, spread and compact gravel pavement, trim levels to produce a good road cross section, and bitumen sealing suitable for two-way traffic.

Cooltong Avenue - North - 059658-15SA-RTR

Cooltong Avenue – North has been rated against Councils Road Asset Management plan and it has reached its design life. Resealing this road now will extend the life of the asset as well as providing a safe smooth road surface, free of defects.The proposed work will include road shoulder alignment and re-sealing.

Three Hills Lane, Axe Creek - 059659-15VIC-RTR

Pavement has deteriorated and needs to be reconstructed.Existing road is to be stabilised and reconstructed.Total cost of proposed project is $180,439

Chapel Street, Kangaroo Flat - 059660-15VIC-RTR

Existing timber bridge is in poor condition and does not meet current standards.Replacement of bridge with concrete crown units.Total cost of proposed project is $259,000

Hicks Road, Armagh (Rural Road) - 059661-15SA-RTR

Increased traffic flows have resulted in excessive wear on the road, with potholes and corrugations requiring regular maintenanceConstruct and apply two coat sealTotal cost of proposed project is $167,052

Wattle Hill Road, Stonor. - 059662-15TAS-RTR

The existing bridge has been assessed as being in a poor condition and recommended for replacement.To construct a new pre-cast three span concrete bridge 29 metres long and 4.86metres wide, fitted to existing concrete abutments. New guard rail to be fitted upon installation.

Torr Street, Mintaro - 059663-15SA-RTR
