Project description

Existing road is in poor condition and requires extensive rehabilitation. The road currently experiences high volumes of heavy vehicles due to location in major industrial area.

Upgrade and reconstruct the existing road to an 'Industrial Collector' from the Pacific Motorway Service Road to Christensen Rd. The project has been divided into 2 stages for delivery due to the significant capital cost of the upgrade. Stage 1, 625m extends from the rail corridor to Christensen Road intersection. Stage 2 will complete section from rail corridor to the service road. Design is complete.The project supports growth of surrounding industrial area.

Total cost of proposed project is $6,000,000
