Project description

Jeff Street is an Urban Link road where the existing unsealed road pavement, which is 254 metres long by 11 metres wide has failed due to new development occurring along the road. The road surface is rutted and heaved and has deteriorated.

The existing pavement is to be removed and replaced with a new deeper pavement and the road surface sealed to provide a level safe surface in the industrial environment. Kerb and drainage works will be undertaken to effectively drain the road surface.

Total cost of proposed project is $312,000
