Repeated washing out of two roadway creek crossings. The two locations noted suffer severe washouts during most wet seasons and the severity of the damage is directly related to the magnitude of the wet season.

To improve this road's flood resilience by installing two concrete floodways. To date the damage has generally been repaired under the NDRRA program. So additional funding is sort to improve the asset to resist this repeated damage.

Total cost of proposed project is $810,177
