Project description

This Cul de Sac’s bitumen surfacing is effectively at the end of its useful life and the current surface suffers from cracking, potholing and brittleness of the surface due to many years of the effect of ultra violet exposure reducing the surfaces plasticity.

Nichol Place Boddington will be resealed using Polymer modified bitumen, which is a type of rubberised bitumen with a 14mm/7mm double seal which is well suited to sealing over existing surfaces that are cracked and heavily deteriorated due to age.
