Project description

The whole of Ramsay Street (between Station Street and the Barklay Highway) is required to be resurfaced, road surface levels corrected and subsequent drainage and kerbing upgraded. State will be responsible for costs associated with running lanes while Cloncurry Shire will undertake sealing of centre, right and left parking lanes, restoration and replacement of kerbing and channelling and restore/upgrade underground drainage system.

Upgrading/rehabilitation of 737m of Ramsay Street (right and left sides as well as centre parking) - works to include resurfacing and correction of road level, restoration and replacement of kerbing and channelling to suit road corrections as well as upgrading/restoration to existing underground stormwater and drainage system for this section for road.

Total cost of proposed project is $706,665
