Macquarie Road, Cressy (Rural Road), - 060770-15TAS-RTR

This section of road was not constructed with a pavement to cope with current traffic nor heavy vehicles, the pavement is failing under the seal, has lost shape and is potholing.The work proposed includes minor widening and drainage works to provide a 5.5m wide sealed pavement and a 750mm gravel shoulder. New gravel will be carted, placed, compacted and sealed.

Bond Street, Campbell Town - 060771-15TAS-RTR

This section of street is very narrow, pavement is failing and has no formed verges.The work proposed is to fully reconstruct the street, form verges and drain into kerb and channel, then seal from gutter to gutter.

King Edward Parade, Ipswich - 060773-15QLD-RTR

Poor road pavement. This section of the road is in poor condition due to its age and needs to be replaced.Pavement rehabilitation in order to extend its life and improve road safety.Total cost of proposed project is $182,223

Cochrane Street, Camira - 060774-15QLD-RTR

Poor road pavement. This section of the road is in poor condition due to its age and needs to be replaced.Pavement rehabilitation in order to extend its life and improve road safety.Total cost of proposed project is $245,205

Boyup Brook Cranbrook Road Frankland River (Rura) - 060782-15WA-RTR

Blow outs, inadequate drains causing flooding, minimal road surface.Remove debris from drains, extend or install new culverts, replace or install new guide posts and signs and re-sheet with gravel.

Lemongrove Road, Warren - 060783-15NSW-RTR

Existing narrow sealed road has failed (rutted and extensive potholes) and single lane width is dangerous to trafficProposed to rip existing 3.6m seal, recycle existing formation to correct shape and seal to 5m width. Length of work is 18.5km.

Florina Road, Cossack. - 060801-15NT-RTR

Excessive pooling of water (at depth) across floodway along a regularly trafficked regional rural road, causing traffic safety concerns to both heavy vehicles (pastoral and agricultural industries) and residents as the site is within a 100 kilometre/hour zone and on a blind approach from a crest.Excavate current pavement and floodway for the installation of underground pipework, allowing for water to flow under the travelled path, including the minor raising of adjacent road surfaces to match the infrastructure and realignment of associated roadside drainage components.

Leichhardt Street, Bowen - 060823-15QLD-RTR

Road section is unsealed and dangerous for public vehicular traffic movement and regular stormwater drainage washouts are experienced.Construction of missing road link and associated kerbing and drainage infrastructure

Harrod Street, Katherine. - 060825-15NT-RTR

Excessive pooling of water on road during minor storm events, posing a considerable risk to vehicles and pedestrians due to its depth (camber of the road), close proximity to the highway intersection and to the driveway access of a caravan park and adjacent shop.Installation of a 2-bay side entry pit into the kerbing of Harrod Street, connection of infrastructure to Council's underground stormwater network, stabilisation and resealing of the surrounding road pavement, and remediation ofthe adjacent footpath which will be impacted during the works.

Giles Street, Katherine. - 060826-15NT-RTR

Excessive pooling of water on road during minor storm events, posing a considerable safety risk to vehicles due to the duration of the water ponding, the frequency of the occurrence, the length of road it impacts and the depth (as there is no run-off ability) of the actual pooled water.Installation of additional grated inlet pits along the northern edge of Giles Street, connection into Council's underground stormwater network, stabilisation and resealing of the surrounding road pavement and reinstallation of effected kerbside line marking.
