Project description

The pavement of this road is aged, rough and narrow. It is highly trafficked with a loading of in excess of 2,000 vehicles per day. It supports both rural residential and local industry traffic.

The works proposed aim to reconstruct approximately 1.0 kilometre of pavement extending eastward from a point about 750 metres east from the intersection of Clydesdale Road. A final seal of about 9 metres is proposed and the works will include major drainage improvements, linemarking, signage and guideposts.

Total cost of proposed project is $900,000
