Project description

Road has high traffic volumes and is too narrow for existing and future usage. Lacking in formal drainage including kerb & gutter. Footpath is required as this is a residential area.

Widen the roadway from 7.0 meteres to 12.0 metres over a distance of 330 metres. Provide kerb and gutter and footpath both sides. Extend existing culvert to match widening. Construct retaining wall. Construct stormwater drainage. Install guard rail. Driveway level adjustments. Substantial earthworks required.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,285,140
