Project description

Single span timber bridge, constructed in 1946 (according to Council records) located over the Yarragrin creek, has been deemed unsafe and due for replacement. Bridge will be replaced with a low level concrete structure with two reinforced concrete pipes.

Demolish existing structure, Lay two 6 metre lengths of 600mm diameter reinforced concrete pipe, box up and pour head walls and slab for low level concrete structure (12metres X 6metres X 1.5metres). Once concrete has cured, re-establish approaches and bitumen seal approaches
