Project description

Cordingley Street currently provides important connectivity between Tanby Road and Yeppoon CBD via Charles Street. This section of the road is currently substandard in terms of the road capacity, flood immunity and pedestrian & Cycling infrastructure. This project proposed to widen northbound approach at this intersection to improve safety and efficiency of traffic, cyclists and pedestrians.

Widen northbound approach of Cordingley Street / Charles Street intersection, including necessary pedestrian and cycle path connections and cross drainage improvements.

Total cost of proposed project is $650,905
