Project description

Pedestrian risk has been identified by traffic turning west from Best Street into the Esplanade. Pedestrians do not have enough time to safely cross the westbound lane.

Moving the crossing point for pedestrians to the "desire" line i.e the path pedestrians currently take and using the existing splitter islands as refuge points.

Total cost of proposed project is $21,926
