Project description

Significant pavement failure and is in need of renewal. Require drainage upgrade including provision of kerb and gutter.

Proposed works will replace the upper granular section of the base course with flexible pavement. Road pavement rehabilitation works for a length of 150m and width of 7.5m include mill and fill with 60mm thick asphalt base layer and 30mm wearing course. Works include provision of kerb & gutter and drainage upgrade.

In addition due the freight volume maintenance of White Road is a high cost item for Rural City of Murray BridgeRehabilitate and improve the unsealed granular pavement by installing additional material and applying 14/7mm spray seal. Pavement works will be undertaken by Council works staff with sealing works contracted to Council sealing contractor.
