Project description

Browns Plains Road, Crestmead is a local government road which is deteriorating in condition and is entering the later portions of its surfacing life cycle. Based on modelling from Council’s Pavement Management System it is appropriate to resurface Browns Plains Road to maximise retention of road value in the underlying pavement.

Pavement Rehabilitation is required for a total distance of 700 metres of Browns Plains Road, from Bayliss Road to Magnesium Drive. The works will primarily involve the milling and replacement of isolated failures as well as full asphalt resurfacing of the Magnesium Drive Roundabout.
