Project description

Loganlea Road, Meadowbrook is a local government road which is deteriorating in condition and is entering the later portions of its surfacing life cycle. Based on modelling from Council’s Pavement Management System it is appropriate to resurface Loganlea Road to maximise retention of road value in the underlying pavement.

Pavement Rehabilitation is required for 540 metres of Loganlea Road, from the northern railway bridge abutment heading north (ending at Logan Motorway on ramp). Works involve the milling of isolated failures and asphalt resurfacing. Works may also include minor drainage treatments to affected pavement areas. Isolated sections of failed kerb and channel will be replaced under a separate project prior to the pavement resurfacing works.
