Project description

K4 Service Road, Loganlea is a local government road which is deteriorating in condition and is entering the later portions of its surfacing life cycle. Based on modelling from Council’s Pavement Management System it is appropriate to resurface K4 Service Road to maximise retention of road value in the underlying pavement.

Pavement Rehabilitation is required for the entire length (920 metres) of K4 Service Road (Kingston Road Service Road), from the southern cul-de-sac to the northern cul-de-sac and extending work area 65 metres east onto Monash Road at the intersection. Works involve the milling of isolated failures and asphalt resurfacing.
