Project description

Fire Safety issue - Road is too narrow for fire tankers to negotiate and pass other vehicles at sharp bend. requires the installation of two passing bays. Improves safety for buses and other large vehicles using the road.

Installation of two passing bays, about 200 metres south of Hildebrand Rd, to be installed on the western side of the road, about 40mt north and 40mt south of the middle of the bend. Includes the removal of vegetation, earthworks, construction of road base, pavement and sprayed seal.
