Poor pedestrian access across Foster street to Port of Sale precinct.

Provide improved pedestrian facilities on Foster Street, between Desailly Street and Pearson Street, as an access point into the Port of Sale precinct. the works will include outstands, a compliant centre median refuge and gentle gradients, providing an accessible passive crossing point. The crossing will be designed to allow the installation of signals without further civil works should pedestrian numbers warrant in the future.
