Project description

Deterioration of the pavement and underground infrastructure along 230m of Sheaffe Street. Underground drainage (including storm water)has deteriorated and is insufficient, causing defects to pavement and associated kerbing, footpaths and centre island areas. Drainage and storm water upgrades/rehabilitation is required along with resurfacing of the pavement area.

Reconstruction of 230m of Sheaffe Street by upgrading and replacing the existing underground infrastructure, resurfacing pavement and restoration/replacement of adjoining kerbing, concrete footpaths and centre islands.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,764,077
