Project description

The existing bridge has an ageing steel beam and timber deck structure and forms a vital access link for the community. The existing bridge is too narrow for two way traffic, the speed zone is 80km/h.

Replacement of the existing bridge structure with a new concrete construction, 8.0 metre wide with a 16 metre span, that will meet current day traffic loadings. Widening on road approaches to suit new bridge width. This project is being delivered in conjunction with Cardinia Shire Council.

Total cost of proposed project is $466,133
