Project description

Booborowie Rd is a high maintenance open surfaced road requiring major construction as it is too narrow in sections and contains dangerous curves. It is the main north/south commodity route for the surrounding area due to the construction of bulk hay storage facilities and has experienced greater heavy vehicle usage during harvest periods.

Booborowie Rd will be constructed to base course level for the 4km section from Dip Rd to Gum Creek Rd. 26,000 tonnes of 2/20 material will be carted and spread and a new seal applied to the total 4km section.
