Project description

Access into the service road is informal crushed rock construction. Delineation of the right of way is unclear. Entry to the service road is occasionally obstructed by traffic exiting Armstrong Grove. Traffic bound for the service road sometimes finds itself stranded in the main carriageway of Melba Highway waiting for a gap in the side road traffic.
