Project description

Dalrymple Road has numerous sections that exhibit substandard alignment (bot vertical and horizontal). Pavement crossfall is excessive at many locations and this road also has a narrow carriageway on average only 4.7metres wide with substandard shoulder widths.

Proposed works are to be undertaken on Dalrymple Road from the junction with East Arm Road, north 1.8km to the junction with The Glen Road. The proposed works will include sections of reconstruction and widening, resealing and /or heavy patching of pavement with the aim of improving the overall road condition and safety.

Total cost of proposed project is $555,397
