Project description

Narrow formation, narrow pavement, narrow seal, weak pavement, poor drainage.

Reconstruct to improve drainage, widen formation, widen and thicken pavement in order to provide one sealed lane in each direction. Stage 1, completed in 2017/18 provides for Chainage 00km to chainage 1.237km to include drainage improvements, widening and a 150mm thick pavement overlay and primerseal . Stage 2 to be same treatment continuing from chainage 1.237km to chainage 3.0km. CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS SUBMISSION. Project previously submitted as entire length of Conns Lane however this was an error. Further, reduction to estimated cost due to remainder of works being completed by in-house construction team.
