Project description

Mandurah Terrace is showing significant pavement failure, with many areas of crocodile cracking and pavement depression. Without appropriate action, at some time the surface would break away leaving significant potholes.

Rehabilitation of Mandurah Terrace from Stewart Street to Peel Street. Includes cycle lanes, median islands and landscaping. Strip away 35 mm of existing road pavement and replace with 30 mm of asphalt.

Total cost of proposed project is $257,446
