Project description

Old pavement and narrow seal has failed showing pavement rutting and shoving with significant heavy patching, which requires high maintenance resources. Also a section of drainage infrastructure being replaced.

Reconstruction of pavement and seal for a length of approximately 140 metres with a variable seal width (mostly 10.5 metres) including removal and replacement of unsuitable and contaminated subgrade, installation of approximately 140 metres of new kerb and gutter, replacement of approximately 100 metres of twin drainange lines and parking bays located at the eastern end.

Total cost of proposed project is $470,000
