Project description

Stuart Mill Road is an is a Rural Collector road, seal width 6 metres which intersects with Dunolly Archadale Road seal width 4 metres, at an acute angle. The layout of the intersection has poor sight distance and is a traffic hazard for trucks and rural farm equipment entering Stuart Mill Road from Dunolly Archadale Road.

The existing pavement of the Dunolly Archdale Road approach 56 metres long is to be reconstructed to square the intersection angle with the Stuart Mill Road with a 300 mm deep 6 metres wide seal. The Stuart Mill Road Pavement 9.2 metres wide will be lifted with a 150mmm overlay and sealed to 6.6 metres wide for a length of 190 metres.

Total cost of proposed project is $85,890
