Project description

Ten Mile Road is a rural road servicing the areas west of Bundaberg. Traffic is a mix of heavy vehicles, agricultural and commuter vehicles. The first 4.3 kms is a two lane bitumen road and the next 6 kms is a single lane road which poses a safety hazard with high speed traffic contending with edge drop off and potholes on the road shoulders.

Widen existing culverts, excavate and replace road shoulders, add additional gravel pavement, cement stabalise full width and bitumen seal 7 metres wide.
