Project description

With new development planned for the City of Belmont's Central Business District, current road access is limited or will be reduced. The design and construction of a new road in the precinct will improve access for all road users and provide a safer route to travel into the area.

Length, width and area of: 196m x 6m = 1,340m2. Box out existing soil in road reserve, construct new road base course materials, install drainage to remove rainfall runoff, install new concrete kerbing and overlay with an asphalt wearing course.

Total cost of proposed project is $398,285
