Project description

The project will deliver a two-lane overpass at the intersection of the Augusta and Copper Coast Highways on the Port Wakefield Highway. This project will also duplicate the Port Wakefield Highway through the town of Port Wakefield, and construct a new link road to Balaklava Road.

The Australian Government is funding on an 80:20 ratio in conjunction with the SA Government.

Construction commenced in mid-2020 and was complete in December 2022.
