The Port Augusta to Perth corridor is approximately 2,388km long and comprises the Eyre Highway, Great Eastern Highway and Coolgardie-Esperance Highways.
The key arterial roads connecting to the corridor include the Esperance Highway and the Albany Highway in WA and the Flinders Highway and Augusta Highway in SA.
The project will include targeted upgrades to widen, strengthen and realign various sections of this corridor to improve the flow of vehicles and increase access for higher efficiency heavy vehicles.

The two WA projects are currently under construction and are expected to be completed by early 2023.
