Project description

The project will upgrade the current Thomas Road and Nicholson Road intersection to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion and minimise the risk of accidents occurring. The intersection between Thomas Road and Nicholson Road in Oakford experiences increased congestion and a high number of accidents. The intersection is recognised as one of the most dangerous intersections in Perth, with population growth further increasing the risk of serious traffic incidents. The project will upgrade the intersection to improve traffic flow for the growing community, reduce congestion and minimise the risk of accidents occurring.
