Project description

The project is expected to increase the capacity of park and ride facilities at Frankston Railway Station, through the construction of a multi-deck commuter car park.

This project is expected to support public transport usage, improve efficiency and network reliability, and reduce congestion and travel time.

Funding

The Australian and Victorian Governments are each contributing $44.1 million.

The project commenced construction in early 2024 and is expected to be completed in late 2024.
