Project description

The narrow seal width pushes people at high speed off the road and onto the gravel shoulder, creating safety and maintenance issues. Heavy vehicle turning onto Bejoording Road from Nunile Road bring up gravel across the unconstructed intersection and damage the single coat seal from the turning manoeuvres.

reconstruct and widen the existing seal to 7.0 metres. Maintain the gravel shoulders, improve road drainage and add delineation. Nunile -Bejoording Road intersection is to be asphalted 40mm thick
