Bitumen sealed floodway paving is failing causing excessive pot holes. Concrete edge bean has been undermined by water scour

Repladce exisiting gravel pavement with new gravel, cement stabilise and apply new bitumen seal. Repair edge beam and install rock armour to eliminate water scout
