Project description

Bridge is on Springdale Road used as eastern link to the township of Hopetoun as an alternate route which follows the coastline. Bridge was subject to ongoing monitoring on the cracking of beams 4 & 7. Bridge is load restricted. In February 2017, the bridge sustained further damage by the flooding of the Jerdacuttup River, with the Jerdacuttup estuary. There is now a need to reconstruct this bridge based on the recent flood data to achieve a wet passable structure.

Replace with new bridge
