Project description

Whittall street is one of the surrounding streets to Russell Lea Public School. Council proposes to renew existing asphalt pavements that shows signs of stress as a result of recent development activities in the area. Several areas have exhibited excessive cracking and localised failures.

The scope of works is to: • Remove and replace approximately 1400m2 of flexible pavements. • Remove and replace approximately 44m of standard kerb & gutter • Replace defects 15 m2 concrete footpath. • Install two pram ramps at the intersection with Lithgow St. • Reinstate all line marking disturbed during the work
