Project description

The project involved replacement or improvement of road safety barriers along Tuggeranong Parkway to comply with current standards and reduce the likelihood of fatal crashes caused by run off collisions.

The project will improve road safety for all road users.

Funding

The Australian Government committed $850,000 to this project. This was reduced to $741,494 accounting for realised savings following project completion.

Timetable

Project is complete. Construction commenced in March 2021, and was completed in May 2021.
