Project description

Existing road lacks adequate drainage infrastructure and sufficient on-street parking for vehicles utilising the adjacent community facilities. Due to poor drainage the road pavement requires a high frequency of maintenance.

Works to include the widening of the existing pavement to accommodate on-street parking, installation of kerb and channel and stormwater infrastructure. Line marking and an asphalt seal will also be installed to the limit of works.

Total cost of proposed project is $798,952
