Project description

This project provided pedestrian safety upgrades, including the installation of two zebra crossings on Arthurs Seat Road. Arthurs Seat is located on the Mornington Peninsula, south-east of Melbourne, and attracts significant tourism at Arthurs Seat Eagle.

Benefits

 The project has improved road safety for all road users and improved efficiency and network reliability.

Funding

The Australian Government has committed $300,000 towards the project.

Timetable

Construction commenced in late 2021 and was completed in early 2022.
