Project description

This project will upgrade 5.2km of Hall Road between McCormicks Road in Skye and Cranbourne-Frankston Road in Cranbourne West.
The project will:

Increase traffic lanes on Hall Road to two lanes in each direction between McCormicks Road and Cranbourne-Frankston Road
Upgrade intersections at McCormicks Road, Taylors Road, Evans Road, Western Port Highway and Cranbourne-Frankston Road to improve access and reduce the risk of crashes
Build a new shared walking and cycling path along Hall Road

Funding

The Australian and Victorian Governments have both committed $141.25 million towards the project.

Timetable

Construction commenced in April 2022 and is expected to be completed in late 2024.
